During Season 1 of the VGBS Gaming Podcast we have come up with an idea that we call “Bullshit Homework”. Basically, it is a game that we agree to focus on each week with a goal of either completing it or getting a decent high score. It gives us the perfect excuse to dust off some great games, and even a few garbage ones, that have been sitting in our backlog and give them the attention they duly deserve. Below are some of the games we have played, which episode it was in and the grade we gave it after focusing on it for a week.
We have also started a project game for each season. The goal is to dedicated 1-2 hours a week on it in order to completed it by the end of each season. This allows us to tackle an epic RPG length game that we wouldn’t be able to realistically conquer during a standard homework assignment.
If you want to give us your feedback on the Current Homework or the Season Project either email us at vgbspodcast@gmail.com or comment below before Thursday at 9pm EST. We will check it during the podcast and talk about our favorite responses live!
