Our special guest today is Jason Lepine: Currently and heavily involved with Enthusiast Gaming (Nintendo, PlayStation, PC Gaming Enthusiast) and Destructoid.
In this episode, we discuss what initially got Jason into the gaming scene and the motivations behind his current projects. We then chat about how graphical art styles have changed through the generations and how nostalgia can play into which type we personally prefer most. Following that, we go into what it’s been like seeing the gaming scene explode and expand ever outward over the past 5 to 10 years, and what is yet to come as the community continues to evolve and starts gravitating towards a universal hivemind mentality.
